Our Farm Loaf, a golden tin loaf with a torn top

Farm Loaf · R30

Our everyday tin loaf: whole wheat we stone-mill ourselves just before we bake. Nutty, a little sweet, with a tender, open crumb.

About our bread

Why freshly milled?

Wheat is a seed. Whole, it keeps for years; ground into flour, it starts to change. So we grind ours fresh on every bake day — and everything in the grain goes into the loaf.
