Where do I get my bread?

You collect it from us in Glen Austin, Midrand. When we confirm your order on WhatsApp, we send the address and agree a time that suits you. Delivery to Midrand and Centurion is coming later.

When do I need to order?

We bake on Tuesdays and Fridays. Orders close at 6pm the day before each bake day.

How do I pay?

• PayShap — we send our ShapID with your order reference, and the money arrives instantly.
• Card (Yoco) — tap your card or phone on our phone when you collect, or pay a Yoco link we send you.
• Cash — when you collect; exact change helps.

We hand over the bread once the payment shows on our side.

How much is a loaf?

A Farm Loaf is R30.

How long does the bread keep?

It's best within three days at room temperature, in its paper bag or a cloth. It freezes well for up to a month — slice it first.

Is it gluten-free?

No. Our bread contains wheat (gluten) and is baked in a home kitchen, so it isn't suitable for people with coeliac disease or a wheat allergy.

Can I get bread every week?

Yes. Tick "every week" when you order and we'll set up the same order on the same bake day each week. Message us any time to change or stop it.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, until 6pm the day before the bake day. See Orders & refunds.

Can I visit the mill?

Not yet — it lives in our home kitchen. Watch this space.
