Orders & refunds

Ordering

• We bake on Tuesdays and Fridays. Orders close at 6pm the day before each bake day.
• Your order is confirmed when we reply on WhatsApp with your order reference.
• You collect your order in Glen Austin, Midrand, at a time we agree on WhatsApp. Delivery to Midrand and Centurion is coming later.

Paying

• Pay by PayShap before bake day, or by card (Yoco) or cash when you collect.
• We hand over the bread once the payment shows on our side.

Cancelling and changing

• Cancel or change before 6pm the day before the bake day and you'll get a full refund of anything you've paid.
• After that, your bread has been planned and milled, so we can't refund a cancellation.

If something is wrong

Fresh bread can't be returned, but if a loaf isn't right — or if we have to cancel — you'll get your money back or a fresh loaf, whichever you prefer. Tell us within a day of collecting it, with a photo if you can.
