We keep this simple, and we follow South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

This website

• The website doesn't store anything you type. The order form only prepares a WhatsApp message on your own phone; nothing reaches us until you tap Send in WhatsApp.
• We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't identify you.
• Videos on the "Why freshly milled?" page load from YouTube only if you tap them.

When you order

When you message us, we keep your name, WhatsApp number, any notes you send, and your orders and payments in our private bakery app. We use them only to bake, arrange collection, take payment and keep our books. We don't sell or share them, and we don't send marketing messages.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (we may need to keep payment records for our books). Just message us on WhatsApp.
